Joan is one of my special customers. She is legally blind and yet she is able to make the most amazing quilts! Here is another one. Row houses and appliqued vines/flowers/leaves. I delivered it to her this morning. She liked it when we looked at it in her living room but then she phoned me later in the day. She had taken it upstairs to lay it out on her bed and she called to tell me she was just thrilled with it and that it was now her favourite quilt. Of course if I was cynical, I would say that our latest quilt is always our favourite, but it was really sweet of her to call me to let me know.
